Enjoy our Cheese Tasting, spending some very precious moments in close contact with nature. 

Cheese Tasting

We will welcome you in a local farm, which dates back the early 1900s. Come and meet Alpine Chamois, a breed of dairy goats. Here in Tuscan countryside they have large pastures where they can feed on herbs and aromatic plants. In this way, the milk they provide has great aromas you can then taste in goat cheese.

After the visit of the goat shelter, you will sit in front of the vineyard and taste some local cheeses accompanied by fresh bread, while the cheesemaker will explain you the secret of the production.  You will also taste a glass of local wine.
