You will find nature not only in the beauty of the historic vineyards and  of the Tuscan countryside, but also meeting its guests of excellence: the Alpine chamois.

Alpine chamois are a breed of dairy goats. Here they graze all year round in the Tuscan countryside. They have large pastures at their disposal where they can feed on herbs and aromatic plants. In this way they provide milk with great aromas.

In a beautiful farm, which dates back the early 1900s, three young entrepreneurs compete every day with the care they have to dedicate to their 100 goats, to the internal dairy and to the production of wine. They create very few but truly special labels, including orange wine in jars!

After the visit of the goat shelter, you will taste the local cheeses & wines accompanied by fresh bread.
